Inspired by excellence & innovation

We offer a wide range of member benefits.

KJZT Catholic School Tuition Benefit

KJZT Family Life supports Catholic Schools and believes that all children should have access to a Catholic education. To aid in this, KJZT Family Life has developed a Catholic School Tuition Benefit for KJZT members who attend Catholic Schools. This is an annual benefit that will provide 100 grants of $125 each to students attending Catholic Schools.

Script Save

A pharmacy discount program at no cost to you and your entire family, including pets. ScriptSave® works for you whether you have health insurance or not. In addition to prescription savings, the ScriptSave® card also provides savings on vision care, hearing care, daily living products and diabetes care and supplies at participating pharmacies and businesses.

Orphan Benefits

The number of children who lose both parents is few. But when it does happen, their guardians must provide for the children in their care physically, emotionally and spiritually. To help ease the financial support required, KJZT Family Life provides a monthly payment of $75 to the legally appointed guardian, for support of each eligible orphan.

Mentally or Physically Challenged

If your special uninsurable child is between 61 days and 16 years of age, he or she may qualify for a – KJZT Family Life $2,500 whole life insurance plan at a rated premium.

Maternal Benefit

We understand the tragedy of losing a child and/or mother. To help relieve some of the financial burden, a $1,500 death benefit will be paid when a new mother dies within 30 days of giving birth, or when a baby dies less than 60 days after birth. In addition, this benefit is also extended to the family if the child is stillborn any time after 20 weeks of gestation.

Guaranteed Insurability for Newborns

Life Insurance is easily available for your healthy child. But if your newborn is not in perfect health, KJZT Family Life will offer a fraternal benefit that can help meet your need. We will provide a $5,000 whole life certificate at standard rates for your uninsurable or rated baby.

Fraternal Journal

The Fraternal Journal is a newspaper mailed bimonthly to help keep in touch with other members and the fraternal. Read about upcoming society activities, junior achievements, and articles from the State Chaplain, State Junior Coordinator, Sales and Marketing Manager and Medical Advisor.

Camp Guardian Angel
