KJZT Family Life Continues to Move Forward

The State Directors, State Officers and State Chaplain met with Amy Medberry, with Medberry Consulting, on Sunday, February 17 – Monday, February 18, 2019 to discuss and create a more innovative strategic plan. The meeting began with a Mass and was held at Jordan Ranch in Schulenburg, Tx.

After Mass, the hard work began. Mrs. Medberry led the group through a series of exercises that opened a discussion on what the Fraternals goals should be in the next 5 years. The group concentrated on Governance, Marketing & Sales, Society Focus and Membership Growth.

During the two-day meeting the team divided into several different breakout sessions for discussions on the different subjects. By the end of the meeting, an outline of an advanced strategic plan was created, along with a Vision Statement, Mission Statement and Promise for the Fraternal.

This Strategic Plan will be finalized and goals will be set at the First Quarterly Board Meeting on April 24, 2019. It will be reviewed and measured on a quarterly basis.

Look for our Mission Statement, Vision Statement and Promise in the next edition of the KJZT Family Life Journal.
